How to cancel
Send your cancellation request on WhatsApp to +91 74078 73883 with your name and travel dates. A cancellation is effective only from the time we acknowledge it.
Charges
Cancellation charges depend on how close the request is to your travel date and on the cancellation terms of the hotels, vehicles and permits already booked for you. The exact applicable charge is confirmed to you in writing before it is applied.
Peak season and special bookings
Bookings during peak season, festival periods and non-refundable hotel or transport reservations may carry stricter charges. These are communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation by us
If a tour cannot be operated due to weather, landslides, permit refusal or other conditions outside our control, we will offer an alternative date or itinerary wherever possible.
