Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all tours booked with The Himalayan Holidays Treks & Tours.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing on WhatsApp and the agreed advance is received. Prices shown on this website are starting prices per person and may vary with season, hotel category, group size and vehicle type.
Documents & permits
Guests must carry valid government photo identity documents. Inner-line and restricted-area permits are arranged by us but remain subject to approval by the concerned authorities.
Weather, roads and itinerary changes
Himalayan travel depends on weather, landslides, road conditions and local restrictions. Itineraries may be adjusted for safety without prior notice, and such changes are beyond our control.
Conduct
We may end a tour without refund if a guest's conduct endangers others, breaks local law, or repeatedly disrupts the group.
Liability
We act as a tour operator coordinating hotels, transport and permits. We are not liable for loss, delay or injury arising from causes outside our reasonable control.
