When you use our booking form or message us, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, destination, package, travel dates, traveller count, pickup location and any special requirements.
How we use it
We use your details only to prepare your quotation, confirm your booking, arrange hotels, transport and permits, and to stay in touch with you before and during your trip.
Sharing
Booking details are shared with the hotels, transport partners and permit authorities required to operate your tour. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Our booking form opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp. The message is only sent when you press send, and it is then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
