How refunds are calculated and paid.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to the amount you have paid, less any cancellation charges and any non-recoverable costs already committed to hotels, transport operators or permit authorities on your behalf.
Processing
Approved refunds are paid to the same account used for payment. Processing usually begins once your cancellation is confirmed in writing, and bank timelines may add a few working days.
Unused services
Services not used during the trip — such as a skipped sightseeing point, meal or hotel night — are not refundable once the tour has started.
